WHO IS MONARCH LASER SERVICES?

We were founded by a team of seasoned sales representatives who were ready to take on providing the best services and aesthetic solutions to their offices. Our team is made up of individuals with over 50+ years of combined experience in the aesthetic and medical industry. We saw a need to help provide rental solutions to practices big and small, looking to start offering new procedures in their office without the long-term finance commitment and stress of maintaining, servicing and marketing a device.

Meet the Administrative Team

  • Kevin is one of the co-founders of MAS and the leading force behind the brand. He graduated from UC Santat Barbara and soon after attained his MBA from the Drucker School of Management. He started off his career with Gallo Wines and quickly transitioned to work in medical sales with esteemed companies like DeRoyal, Olympus, Cutera, BTL Aesthetics, and BENEV. Kevin started his own laser rentals and sales company, Monarch Laser Services in 2012 and since then has launched a multitude of aesthetic devices and treatments into the U.S. market.

  • Camille has worked in the healthcare field for nearly two decades, including Stanford and UCSF, before joining the laser industry with Monarch laser. She currently holds a position as a laser specialist and account manager where she offers tutorials to renting physicians on various laser modalities along with clinical support during each rental. 

  • James Hoffman holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge and has spent the past four years working with advanced laser technology. In his free time, James enjoys all things Disney and playing with his nieces.

  • Diana is one of the co- founders of Monarch Laser Services. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara and attained a teaching credential from Azusa Pacific University.  After teaching for eight years she entered the aesthetic industry in operations and finance. She co-founded Monarch Laser Services, a laser rental company to provide the highest quality lasers for rent in surgery, aesthetic medical offices and med spas. Today ,she manages the daily operations and enjoys working with new customers and the new technologies coming to the aesthetic market.

  • Drew holds Associates degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies and Behavioral Health and is currently pursuing his Nursing degree. As a certified FIFA Soccer Referee and recovery podcaster, he brings teamwork, empathy, and dedication into everything he does. Drew loves working as a laser technician, collaborating with diverse medical facilities, practices, and professionals.

  • After college,  Brad pursued business opportunities before joining a large company involved in medical device distribution throughout Northern California. In 1992, he started his own medical device distribution business and in 1997 began focusing exclusively on Aesthetic devices (primarily laser technologies). For many years, Brad has been associated as a distributor in Northern California for many of the top laser technologies offered in the market. In 2012, Brad became a founding partner to acquire/merge and grow Monarch Laser Services throughout California, primarily focusing on offering many of the most desired aesthetic devices on a rental basis.

    Brad is proud of his tenure in this industry and is often reminded that reputation & experience matters  to those who do business with him and the rest of the Monarch team on a daily basis.
