Key Features

Pulsed Wave modes have been clinically proven to deliver energy more gently. These settings can targets fibroblasts to strengthen the base membrane and reduce abnormal blood vessels. PW mode creates a soft coagulation selectively in basal layer & upper dermis.
This is known as the traditional skin laxity setting. Continuous Wave creates wide, independent coagulation around each electrode. There are four different CW modes that deliver longer durations of energy into the skin to address skin laxity.
NA EFFECT is an independent electrothermal coagulation around each electrode of bipolar radio frequency. It is distinguished from other bipolar radio frequency tissue reactions which are electro thermal coagulation between both electrodes.
With a starting treatment depth of 0.3mm, the Sylfirm X can effectively treat a multitude of skin concerns that other RFMN devices cannot. This minimal depth also provides increased patient comfort, covers all the dermal layers and allows for a safe, fast treatment. The Sylfirm X can treat from 0.3mm-4.0mm.
